A custom Christening order for a 'Fairy Godmother' ...
I choose not to make too many of these anymore but conceded for a friend. She turned out quite pretty & I think makes a unique gift.
I have to say, I've seen something very similar recently which makes me a little cross ... one reason for me not making anymore, but hey ! what can you do about it ????
I'll try my best to post more regularly but I am rubbish at finding the time so bear with me whilst I am being particularly useless ...
Bye, Bye for now !

it's lovely and you should make more! I've had something sort of copied on the site we both sell on and it makes me very cross too, but we both know who came up with the ideas first! x
Grrrrr...hate that whole copying thing.
There is copying and copying. Simple ideas are likely to come to the minds of many. Simple shapes are not owned by anyone. no one knows who comes up with ideas 'first'. This doll is more influenced by Russian dolls than anything else. Did you steal that idea? Why not? So how come your 'idea' can be stolen? It is basic rectangle rounded at one end and stuffed. The most basic of dolls, hardly unique. Who sells first is easier to tell; then again people are free to shop where they like. It reminds me of the girls shielding their work from others at school. Petty and unnecessary. A simple doll, is easy, obvious and is the divine right of no one. Some people like to share. Other people don't and take ownership of everything - it's a shame you can't sell the air we breathe isn't it?
Thanks for your friendly response, perhaps you'd like to be brave enough to not be 'Anonymous' ...
Maybe you're one of the 'copiers' ??
thanks
